Chateau Ste. Michelle is Washington State's oldest winery and the anchor of the Woodinville wine corridor — 87 acres of estate grounds, a 1912 manor house, and a 5,500-seat amphitheatre that hosts nationally touring artists all summer. White River Amphitheatre is the Pacific Northwest's premier outdoor summer concert venue — a 20,000-capacity natural bowl about 20 miles south of Renton via SR-167 South and Auburn Way South. The venue hosts major touring acts each summer from May through September, and the surrounding Auburn Enumclaw Road becomes a two-lane traffic funnel in the two hours before every show. Day-of parking costs $30 to $40 at general lots, and premium lots sell out in advance.
Charter buses use the designated bus and oversized vehicle lot off the main entrance road — your group unloads at the gate, the bus parks, and everyone walks in together instead of regrouping after parking in different lots. Post-show traffic on Auburn Enumclaw Road can take 45 to 90 minutes to clear; a bus keeps your Renton group together and comfortable while traffic dissipates.
